Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• HCHB is a requirement.
• At least one year of recent home health PTA experience.

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Monday through Friday.
• Coverage area includes multiple counties within the region.
• Floating across assigned territories is required.
• Productivity expectation is a minimum of 30 points per week.
• Documentation must be completed by 10am the following day.

Lacey, Washington offers convenient access to outdoor recreation and regional travel. The city sits near Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge and is about 20 minutes from downtown Olympia, offering both nature access and state capital amenities.
