Job Description
Title: NICU RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license required.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in Level III NICU.
- Travel experience required.
- BLS/BCLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required (NRP advanced preferred).
- Experience with neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, central line care, medication administration, and family teaching is necessary.
- Proficiency with charting system Epic is required.

Schedule:
- Average every other weekend required.

Assignment Details:
- Unit type: Level III NICU
- Expected to float to Mother/Baby for couplet experience, and flexibility to float between facilities is required.

Compliance / Notes:
- Background checks and license validation will be part of the compliance process.
- All requested time off must be included at submission; approval is based on facility needs.
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays during the holiday season.
- Pre-start modules are required (approximately 16 hours non-billable).
- A LA Fire Card is necessary within the last 30 days (at candidate expense).
