Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

The Opportunity You’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. You’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor , building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business. (You do not need prior expertise in any fields; we will train you) Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit. Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities Monitor activity, placements, and revenue performance to maximize results and earnings.
