TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified OR RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30319!

Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room RN – Georgia

Start Date: Subject to privileging approval (approximately 120 days from application)

Location: Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Days; 1:1 patient ratio; call coverage 1 day per week and 1 weekend approximately every 4 weeks; floating within facility and to main OR as needed

Highlights:

• Specialized cardiovascular, vascular, endovascular, and thoracic surgical experience required
• Epic charting system preferred
• Contract lengths ranging from 8 to 26 weeks available
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred; community hospital experience valued
• Heart transplant experience highly preferred
• Work with interdisciplinary support including respiratory and interpretation services

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact state) required at time of application
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, RNFA
• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Required clinical competencies: Cardiac procedures (CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, IABP, VAD), Vascular procedures (AAA repair, carotid endarterectomy, angioplasty, stenting, bypass grafts), Endovascular procedures, Thoracic procedures (VATS, lobectomy, thoracotomy, MAZE)
• Must complete privileging process prior to start (approximately 3-month timeline)
• Full compliance documentation required; willingness to complete onboarding within 48 hours of contract signing
