Customer Service Team Member

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service
• Build lasting relationships to encourage customer loyalty
• Address customer questions and concerns with care and confidence
• Lead by example to foster a positive, supportive team environment
• Assist in training and supporting Customer Service Representatives
• Accurately process customer orders and payments using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter area
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is a plus
• Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service
• Able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation

Starting at $16 per hour , based on experience.
