The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment for a variety of projects. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams, running and terminating wiring, installing panels and fixtures, and ensuring work meets local codes and safety standards. The role involves diagnosing electrical issues, performing troubleshooting, and completing routine and corrective maintenance. The Electrician will document work performed, communicate with project managers and clients, and support a clean, organized job site while following all safety protocols. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge of electricity and electrical principles. Hands-on experience with electrical work, including installations and system setup. Skills in maintenance & repair of electrical systems and equipment. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying root causes. Understanding of basic electrical engineering concepts as they apply to field work. Relevant electrician license or certification in Colorado, or ability to obtain as required. Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes, and commitment to strict safety practices. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Physical ability to work on ladders, lift equipment, and perform tasks in various environments. Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
