About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Partner to lead the development and management of a team of financial representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new team members, as well as providing hands-on training and mentorship to ensure their success. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of service, growth, and long-term success, and the ideal candidate will have a strong desire to lead and support their team in achieving financial goals. Key responsibilities include representing the company at various events, and career fairs, and engaging in community activities to promote the organization's values. Applicants for the Managing Partner position at the company should possess a Series 26 (or 24) License, or at a minimum, have completed the SIE certification, and have a background in financial services. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of leadership, the ability to identify and nurture top talent, and a commitment to the values of honesty, integrity, and personal growth.
