Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working with K–12 students, including early childhood and elementary populations
• Background in managing caseloads with a broad spectrum of speech, language, and communication needs
• Flexibility to coordinate service delivery for caseloads ranging from moderate to profound
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across all grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
• Document student progress and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and caregivers to optimize student outcomes
