Bilingual Summer Site Coordinator - Amharic (3411)

Basic Function An ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to serve the community. The Site Coordinator will oversee the site operation, supervise staff, and ensure students' safety. The Site Coordinator will think, communicate, and behave like a mission-driven leader, will demonstrate a healthy example of desired staff behaviors, and will demonstrate the values of ETSS. This position is for the summer only from June to August and requires 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Prepare program site daily by maintaining a clean and safe environment. Provide supervision and leadership to site staff. Oversee staff performance, student safety, and implementation of program expectations. Oversee a safe drop-off and pick-up procedure of students. Oversee the regular cleaning of classrooms, program supplies, and common areas. Keep all common areas used by the program clean. Oversee the food program. Alongside the Bilingual Assistant, manage communication and engagement with families. Work with the Bilingual Assistant to document and report any health concerns. Complete reports and any other assigned tasks in a timely manner. Check and respond to email regularly. Responsible for approving staff timesheet on ADP. Perform tasks pertinent to achieving goals and objectives, as deemed necessary by Youth Program Managers.
