This role features a unique, seasonal schedule designed to match our industry's natural rhythm:
- Spring through Winter (April 16 December 31): Enjoy excellent work-life balance with a part-time schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM 3:30 PM (and Fridays off!).
- Tax Season Peak (January April 15): Transition to full-time hours, Monday through Friday , with some weekend availability scaling up as we approach the tax deadline.

About the Role:
As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our clients. You will be the central point of contact for our office, ensuring efficient communication and smooth administrative operations. - Have strong computer skills in Microsoft products
- Would love to work fewer hours in the summer and fall and full-time hours from January April
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them warmly and directing them appropriately.
- Answering, screening, and directing all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy.
- Politely greeting and engaging clients and visitors; following up on client inquiries as needed
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and faxes.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general information and assistance to callers.
- Assist others with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
