Private Equity Associate (Secondaries)

Job Description
********** $21 billion AUM PRIVATE EQUITY firm in NYC is looking for an Associate to help with potential secondary investments as well as co-investments. You will be involved in each element of the investment process. **********
\n \nResonsibilities:
\n- \n
- Assist the investment team in conducting due diligence on various private equity funds and managers \n
- Review annual and quarterly reports and financial statements of LBO/venture/energy/mezzanine funds \n
Requirements:
\n1-4 years of experience in M&A investment banking and/or leveraged finance
\nOR 1-2 years of PE investments / PE advisory work
