This is a full-time, in-office opportunity (onsite four days per week) that offers professional autonomy, strong benefits, and a supportive company culture. As a Staff Accountant, you’ll report directly to the Controller, gain broad exposure to accounting operations, and enjoy opportunities for increased flexibility as you prove yourself. Compensation: $55,000-65,000 base salary +$5,000k bonus potential This position is onsite 4 days/week with 1 remote WFH day! Proven Employee Loyalty and tenure: Several employees have been with the firm for 17–20+ years, including members of the Executive leadership team and other members of the department Ideal Background For The Staff Accountant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance preferred OR relevant accounting experience 2-5+ years of accounting experience, accounts payable, invoicing, billing, etc. Strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong technology experience with various ERP softwares; Oracle NetSuite and Concur preferred This is more than just a Staff Accountant job—it’s an opportunity to be part of a team that values performance, culture, and longevity.
