Service Advisor

Salary: £40k - 45k per year + Benefits per annum Service Advisor - No Weekends! This Service Advisor role has a lucrative package of £60k+ OTE, (with some Service Advisors earning considerably more!) Working Monday to Friday, working within a fun and dynamic team, this role really is unique. The earning potential is uncapped and based on your own individual performance, rather than having to rely on the whole team to perform. The bonus is also calculated weekly. Service Advisor Requirements This role is focused around building on customer relations and rapport over the phone. So if you are looking to move away from face to face customer communication, this will be ideal for you. Your role will be to communicate with the customer once the vehicle is already with a designated workshop. Advising on any additional repairs required. Your knowledge of the service process will encourage trust, so the customer will know their vehicle is in safe and capable hands.
