Regional Branch Manager – Staffing IndustryCentral Valley (Fresno, CA - onsite daily in person, no remote or hybrid) Staffing industry experience is required.We are seeking an experienced staffing professional with a proven track record of developing business, managing client relationships, leading recruiting teams, and growing a successful staffing branch. Hire Up Staffing Services is expanding our leadership team and is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee our California region, serving Fresno, Bakersfield, Visalia, Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento, East Bay, San Diego and surrounding markets. This position is responsible for leading a team of recruiters and account managers while driving business development, branch profitability, and operational excellence. We are a women-owned, nationally recognized staffing firm specializing in temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and executive search services across administrative, professional, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, and skilled trades.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing all aspects of a high-performing staffing branch in person on site out of the Fresno location. The ideal candidate has a successful history of selling staffing services, growing client accounts, managing recruiting operations, coaching teams, and consistently exceeding branch goals. This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone who understands the staffing industry from both the sales and recruiting side and can immediately contribute to the continued growth of our Central Valley operation.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience working for a staffing agency in business development, recruiting, account management, branch management, regional management, or similar leadership role.Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or Branch Manager experience leading recruiters, account managers, or sales professionals within a staffing agency.Established book of business and proven customer relationships within the staffing industry that demonstrate successful client development and account growth.Proven history of generating new staffing business through cold calling, networking, outside sales, client visits, referrals, and relationship management.Strong knowledge of temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire, recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, client management, employee relations, and workforce solutions.Experience managing branch KPIs, gross margin, profitability, sales goals, recruiting metrics, and team performance.Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven staffing environment.Central Valley staffing market knowledge is strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and account managers.Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, outside sales, referrals, and client visits.Expand existing client relationships while securing new staffing partnerships.Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure quality candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement, and retention.Manage branch operations, financial performance, gross profit, KPIs, and productivity.Coach employees on recruiting strategies, sales techniques, client service, and performance expectations.Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new staffing opportunities.Ensure compliance with employment laws, staffing best practices, and company policies.Partner with executive leadership to achieve strategic growth objectives.Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following staffing environments are encouraged to apply:Staffing Agency Branch ManagerStaffing Sales ManagerRegional ManagerRecruiting ManagerRecruiting SupervisorStaffing Account ManagerBusiness Development ManagerExecutive RecruiterCommercial StaffingIndustrial StaffingProfessional StaffingHealthcare StaffingTemporary StaffingDirect Hire RecruitingWorkforce SolutionsPersonnel AgencyEmployment AgencyTalent AcquisitionRecruiting FirmWhy Join Hire Up Staffing Services?
