Infant Nursery Supervisor

We’re hiring and we want difference makers who will inspire children to become lifelong learners. Responsibilities Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers. Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class. Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards. Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support the center’s success. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. Ability to meet state requirements for education and additional center requirements. Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Hold a current early childhood professional credential Level II or higher (inversion 3.0, as determined by Colorado Department of Early Childhood), and a minimum of nine (9) months (1,365 hours) of verifiable experience in the care and supervision of infants and/or toddlers. Completed one (1) three (3) semester credit hour course in infant/toddler development; or completed the Department‑approved expanding quality in infant and toddler care training course. Compensation and Benefits Compensation ($23 - $24.00 hourly) based on position, education and experience. Bi‑weekly and daily pay options. Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full‑time employees; limited medical offered for part‑time workers. Education assistance including tuition reimbursement, certification, 401K with company match, life and disability insurance and child care discount available to all employees. Paid sick leave as required by the Healthy Families Work Act; full‑time employees receive 48 hours upon hire and annually thereafter. Part‑time and temporary employees earn paid sick leave based on hours worked. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.
