Restaurant Manager

STARR Restaurants is seeking Restaurant Managers to join The Pelican Club , Stephen Starr’s highly anticipated new Greek restaurant coming to Philadelphia’s iconic Rittenhouse Square.

Inspired by the glamour and energy of the Greek islands during the jet-set Onassis era, The Pelican Club will pair authentic Greek cooking and Mediterranean flavors with the transportive design, lively atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality synonymous with STARR Restaurants. Set in a nearly 9,000-square-foot space overlooking Rittenhouse Square, and designed by Ken Fulk, The Pelican Club will join some of Philadelphia’s most celebrated restaurants in one of the city’s premier dining destinations.

We are in search of dynamic  Restaurant Managers who are excited to be part of a large, passionate, cohesive team providing genuine hospitality to create memorable dining experiences.

Desired Qualifications:  

• A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse hourly FOH staff
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
• A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
