Free passes for employees, employee discounted lift tickets for friends and family AND free ski lessons • MORE employee discounts on lodging, food, gear, and mountain shuttles • 401(k) Retirement Plan • Employee Assistance Program • Excellent training and professional development • Referral ProgramTo Learn More, please review the Benefits Eligibility SummaryJob Summary: As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, as well as ensuring our guests have an Experience of a Lifetime.Job Specifications: Starting Wage: $21.04/hr - $24.75/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: YesJob Responsibilities: Support children's ski school throughout the day by participating in a variety of activities: Determining proper size for ski or snowboard boots for children Setting ski or snowboard equipment to proper setting Scanning ski school students to confirm that they have a ticket and lesson booked Answering questions for guests either outside or inside to be sure they are aware of where they need to drop off and pickup their child, what they need to purchase to have a lesson and what to expect during the day. Work with instructors and supervisors to manage the young children (ages 3-6) outside, on the snow, in the beginner area, during their lessons. Help bring children (3-6 years-old) to use the bathroom so the rest of the class is not interrupted in their lesson. Assist children on or off the magic carpet (a conveyor belt that brings the children up the incline to the "top" of the beginner area) Monitor or "run" the magic carpet. Assist the children when they are inside at lunch or when they need to be brought inside because they are sick or unhappy. Setup the lunch area and assist the inside supervisor in cleaning the kitchen after lunch. Other duties as needed – you must be willing to work on the snow in our beginner area for several hours throughout the day helping instructors manage their classes of young children (3-6 year olds)Job Requirements: Excellent organizational and workplace communication skills. Able to communicate effectively and professionally in English. The expected pay range is $21.04/hr - $24.75/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
