Key Responsibilities

• Conduct simulated two-way conversations between clients and event planners based on realistic industry scenarios.
• Document standard event-planning workflows, challenges, solutions, and step-by-step planning procedures.
• Assess client needs, recommend event solutions, and explain planning approaches.
• Identify common coordination obstacles and effective creative problem-solving methods.
• Provide structured feedback that helps improve AI responses to event-planning conversations.
• Create clear, professional written examples for virtual interactions.
• Collaborate remotely with the project team to refine deliverables as needed.

• Demonstrated expertise in event planning, coordination, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving ability for complex event scenarios.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey details in virtual formats.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools and participating in virtual meetings.
• Experience in training, coaching, or professional-development content is a plus.
