Welltower is seeking an Asset Management Senior Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis (NPV, DCF, IRR), and portfolio performance across a ~30-property senior housing portfolio. You will partner with senior leadership to drive value, perform market assessments, and deliver ad hoc projects for JV partners. The role requires real estate/finance experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze operating performance and develop business plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
