Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator (MPU Operations)
Location: San Dimas, CA 91773 (2 days Onsite)
Hybrid - onsite 2 days per week
Pay rate: $30/hr-$32/hr on W2 (All inclusive)
Type of Hire: Contract
Duration : 18+ Months
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) operations. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, communicating with customers, and ensuring compliance with timelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate MPU disconnect/reconnect activities
• Manage scheduling systems and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor timelines to ensure regulatory (CPUC) compliance
• Track and prioritize backlog to meet deadlines
• Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures

Required Skills

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and follow procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
