Hotel Front Desk Associate

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Job Summary

LaborMAX Staffing is seeking an experienced Hotel Front Desk Associate for a local hotel. Candidates must have previous hotel front desk experience and be comfortable working a flexible schedule. This position does not have a set shift and will primarily involve 2nd and 3rd shift hours. Applicants must be dependable, professional, and willing to assist with various hotel operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage reservations and update guest information
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and questions in a professional manner
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing guest rooms as needed
• Help with laundry and restocking hotel supplies
• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of hotel common areas
• Perform miscellaneous tasks and other duties assigned to support daily hotel operations

Requirements

• Previous hotel front desk experience is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to work primarily 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Willingness to assist with housekeeping, cleaning, and other hotel duties when required
