Private Transactions Analyst - Close VC Deals

VC Stack is seeking a self-motivated individual to join their Private Transactions team in Austin, Texas. This role involves facilitating the closing of private transactions and preparing transaction documents, while collaborating with sellers and executive teams for efficient deal closure. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline and have at least two years of experience in financial operations. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
