Job Summary:

The role will work closely with all departments and run all the accounting and financing responsibilities for a growing organization.

Essential Functions:

• Basic accounting knowledge including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and general ledger review
• Financial reporting and analysis on cash flow
• Bookkeeping for 5 different entities that World System Builder owns
• Overall budgeting for the growing organization
• Tax compliance and auditing
• Processing payroll through QuickBooks including taxes, quarterly returns and W-2’s
• Proficient in job costing, deferred income and prepaid expenses
• Regulating compliance and cost accounting
• Ability to remain highly organized and structured
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with all departments

Education:

• A minimum education level of: Bachelors Degree preferred but not required

Required Experience:

• Years of Related Experience: 3-5+ years of Accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Experience with BambooHR is a plus
• Experience with Expensify is a plus
