Adult Psychiatrist PRN Opportunity
Board Certified Psychiatrist needed for occasional weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
About the Opportunity:
- Hospital employed position (W2).
- Choose from two schedule options full weekend or 8-hour day shift.
- On-site coverage required.
- 30 bed adult inpatient unit with average daily census in the mid-20s, shared between 4 providers.
- Round on patients in the unit and provide hospital and ED consults.

- Excellent clinician collaboration, supportive environment.
- About an hour from Raleigh, Fayetteville, Greensboro, Lumberton, and Laurinburg. Two hours from Charlotte.
Qualifications
- Completion of ABMS/AOA approved psychiatric residency program
- Board Certification
- Unrestricted NC medical license and NC DEA
- Active BLS through AHA or ARC
