What You’ll Do Represent lenders and institutional clients in complex commercial real estate transactions Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and key transaction documents Lead title and survey review , identifying and resolving issues proactively Advise clients on financing structures and risk mitigation strategies Partner with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless, high-quality legal service Requirements ????
