Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

• 12 months of acute care experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 1-2 years of experience.

Unit Details: - Primarily adult patient population. - Patient ratios: 1:6 with CNA and LPN support staff.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week.

Floating Requirements: - May be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• HWC (Handle With Care)

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
