This is a great opportunity with a leading agribusiness company fulfilling custom seed orders for growers throughout the Midwest. This is a long-term position with advancement opportunity.
Job Requirements for Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in the use of MS applications (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of MS Access would be a plus
- Three years of work history in an administrative position is preferred
- Able to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Customer service focused
Job Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet incoming visitors
- Coordinate meetings and travel schedules
- Produce reports and graphs
- Data entry
- Support accounting with invoicing assistance as needed
- Other administrative duties as needed
