Responsibilities Engage and convert digital leads using phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up while delivering a world-class buying experience from first contact through delivery. Build strong relationships with customers through consistent communication, product knowledge, and professional follow-up. Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Parts departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and exceptional post-sale experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, gear, and accessories to confidently guide customers through the buying process. Requirements A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience is required. (Motorcycle, powersports, or automotive sales experience is strongly preferred.) You should have a proven ability to manage digital leads, use CRM systems effectively, and communicate confidently across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, competitive, and driven to exceed goals while delivering the legendary Harley-Davidson customer experience.
