Overview ONSITE ROLE IN MIAMI - NO REMOTE OR HYBRID Responsibilities Manage recovery of delinquent accounts by contacting business owners via phone, email, and written correspondence. Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on account history and financial standing. Utilize skip tracing tools to locate hard-to-reach clients while maintaining compliance with all regulations. Document all account activity in CRM systems for reporting and audit purposes.
