Project Coordinator - I-24 Choice Lanes

This opportunity entails being part of the team responsible for the design and construction oversight of the I-24 Choice Lanes Project, a $5 billion Public‑Private‑Partnership (P3) that will design, construct, finance, operate and maintain two new Choice Lanes in each direction along an approximate 26‑mile corridor of I‑24. In this role you will support the management and technical staff by performing a variety of project‑related coordination, tracking and administrative duties such as tracking developer deliverables, maintaining project schedules, organizing documents and request, technical editing and preparation of reports and meeting minutes. The position will also provide coordination with other project staff in right‑of‑way acquisition, railroad coordination, utility coordination, and environmental compliance and permitting. Assists with various other administrative functions throughout the duration of the project. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain project plans, track project progress, and prepare reports for clients or project stakeholders including evaluation scores and deliverable tracking of submittals and reviews. Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and deliver updates to protect team. Assist in the management, maintenance, and distribution of project schedules in applicable software. Monitor, track, and file large amounts of project documentation. Upload and download deliverable documents to and from client systems. Copy and/or scan project‑related documents and coordinate the distribution to internal and external stakeholders. Support the project and/or office quality plan and quality management system by documenting the performance of management and quality control reviews. Generate and update the relevant QA/QC documentation and assist with the development and maintenance of the project filing structure. Coordinate project meetings including calendar scheduling, preparing or creating materials, publishing minutes, and maintaining documentation. Communicate basic issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or In lieu of education, 4 years of relevant experience What You’ll Bring Successfully delivering 4for4 (on‑time, on‑budget, quality, client satisfaction) on multi‑disciplined projects. Identifying and handling risk and change management with guidance from more experienced staff. Using system tools to monitor the project. Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills What We Prefer Experience working with engineers developing and managing project workplans, budgets and schedules.
