The firm is highly technology- and data-driven, building its own trading platforms, research systems, and large-scale compute infrastructure, and operates with a globally integrated, collaborative model.They are looking to hire recent graduates to join their Discretionary Trading team. As a Junior Discretionary Trader, you will work closely with senior traders, supporting daily portfolio management, monitoring risk, hedging, and trade execution. You’ll collaborate with quantitative researchers and gain exposure across Equities, Commodities, Rates/FX, Credit, and Volatility, developing skills in research, portfolio construction, risk management, and execution.ResponsibilitiesSupport senior traders in evaluating and managing trading opportunitiesMonitor portfolios, produce P&L and risk reportingAssist with hedging and trade execution, including complex or illiquid tradesCollaborate with quantitative research teams to enhance trading decisionsRequirementsRecent or upcoming graduate in a quantitative or technical disciplineStrong analytical and communication skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environmentProgramming ability required (Python strongly preferred)Reference: AMC/ZBR/JST/LDN/NYCPostcode: 10060#zabrApply for this vacancyYour CV will be sent to the selected department.
