What You’ll Do Lead Marketing Technology Architecture Serve as the senior technical authority for our marketing technology landscape, with a primary focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM technologies. Design and evolve enterprise‑scale marketing technology architectures that are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with long‑term business objectives. Drive architectural decisions across customer engagement, marketing automation, personalization, data activation, and CRM integration initiatives. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. Own and Evolve the Marketing Technology Ecosystem Lead the architecture, implementation, optimization, and expansion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, integrations, APIs, and connected technologies. Partner closely with CRM, Data, Analytics, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless data movement and activation across platforms. Guide the adoption and evolution of modern customer data capabilities, including identity resolution, audience segmentation, personalization, and activation strategies. Develop future‑state roadmaps that balance business priorities, technical debt reduction, platform modernization, and scalability. Influence Through Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations. Build alignment across Marketing, Technology, Data, Product, and Operations teams. Help establish best practices, architectural standards, documentation, and enablement programs that elevate organizational capability. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence. Drive Delivery Excellence & Governance Provide architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle—from concept and design through implementation and optimization. Establish governance frameworks, development standards, and architectural patterns that ensure consistency and quality across solutions. Mitigate technical risks while balancing speed, agility, and long‑term sustainability. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform enhancements, and emerging MarTech capabilities to continuously improve the customer experience. What You Bring Required Experience Deep, hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise marketing technology ecosystems. Proven success as a Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, Lead Architect, or senior technical leader within Marketing Technology, CRM, or Customer Experience platforms. Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, customer data management, personalization, and audience activation. Experience designing and integrating complex solutions across CRM, marketing, analytics, and enterprise data platforms. Ability to influence and lead across teams without direct authority. Minimum of five years of recent experience working with Salesforce‑based marketing automation platforms. Preferred Experience Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and next‑generation customer data technologies. Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent. Experience leading large‑scale MarTech transformations, modernization initiatives, or platform consolidations.
