This is a unique opportunity to manage a flagship café environment within a vibrant and fast-paced corporate dining program. About the Account This premier location features a diverse and modern food program, including: 5 cafés 2 micro-markets Full-service catering operations The selected candidate will take ownership of one of the showcase cafés—an exciting venue with 9 distinct stations , including nationally recognized brands such as Subway and Chick-fil-A . Incentives Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Rare evenings or weekends, offering excellent work-life balance What You'll Do As the General Manager , you will be the face of the café—driving operational excellence, elevating the guest experience, and inspiring your team every day. Key responsibilities include: Leading the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, showcase café Providing hands-on leadership with a strong, visible presence on the floor Managing and developing a team of 1 Culinary Lead, 1 Culinary Supervisor, and 30+ hourly employees Delivering an exceptional customer experience through quality, presentation, and service standards Building strong client relationships through daily interaction and partnership Overseeing scheduling, inventory, and financial performance for the café Creating an engaged, energized team culture that drives results What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
