Vicar’s Landing is seeking an experienced Controller to manage and oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role leads the accounting team, ensures accurate financial records, supports budgeting and audits, and provides meaningful financial insight to leadership and department heads. What You’ll Do Oversee monthly financial close, reporting, and general ledger accuracy Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports Supervise and develop accounting staff while maintaining internal controls Support annual audits, year‑end close, and regulatory reporting requirements Assist with capital project accounting, budgets, and financial analysis Maintain accounting systems, reporting processes, and financial documentation Provide financial guidance and reporting support to department leaders Must Have Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting Demonstrated leadership experience in accounting or finance Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills CPA Bachelor's Degree Experience in senior living, healthcare, or nonprofit accounting How You’ll Grow Here In your first 12–24 months, you’ll have opportunities to: Strengthen leadership influence within Finance Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial planning Expand responsibility across organizational financial operations Incentive Bonus Holiday Bonus Free lunch Employer paid Life Insurance, AD&D Insurance and Long-Term Care Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Vicar's Landing
