Finance Manager
STM Associates
STM Associates has been retained by an industrial minerals mining company to find a Finance Manager for their office located in Winnemucca, NV. This is a high-impact role with a mission-driven company at the forefront of U.S. critical minerals and energy transition. What you’ll do: Act as key finance partner to the Site General Manager Lead FP&A, site reporting, and operational financial insights Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and capital project evaluation Maintain SOX controls and strong financial governance Lead and develop the site finance team Partner across operations to drive performance and decision-making What they’re looking for: CPA + Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance 7+ years progressive finance experience in industrial, mining, chemical, or manufacturing Prior site-level leadership (Plant/Mine Controller or similar) Strong FP&A, cost accounting, and operational finance background Proven ability to partner with operations and lead teams Only qualified candidates will be contacted #J-18808-Ljbffr
