Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of service and address any challenges. Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends to provide informed support. Engage in training programs to continuously develop your customer service skills. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is highly valued. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy work environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a lively cultural experience.
