Transdev in Colorado Springs, Colorado is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator . The Human Resources Coordinator supports the management team with full cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cyclerecruitingresponsibilitiesincludingreviewingnewapplications,scheduling&hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System - Jobvite

• Createandmaintainemployeefiles-completeallnewhireEEO/AAPdocumentsandonboarding paperwork

• Manage mechanic &staffpayrollandleavesofabsence,including,employeeFMLAtracking

• Educateemployeesonbenefitsprovided

• Maintain periodic HR related training topics for staff

• QualityAssuranceChecksensuringcompliancewithbackgroundchecks, pre-employment drugandalcoholscreens,andE-Verify requirements.

• Supportemployeeswithinternalandexternaltransferrequestsandprocedures.

• Otherdutiesasrequired.

Qualifications :

• Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.

• Minimum2yearsofHumanResourcesexperience.

• Collegecourseworkinarelatedfieldpreferred.

• ComputerliteratewithintermediateknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice

• Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.

• SubjecttoaDOTdrugtestingandphysicalifapplicable.DOTRegulation49CFRPart40doesnot authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
