Summary:
Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy to help shape the future of one of the world's premier equestrian and luxury destination brands. This leadership role will drive the vision, positioning, and storytelling of a multi-faceted organization spanning luxury hospitality, elite sporting events, dining, retail, and immersive guest experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Lead enterprise-wide marketing and brand strategy across multiple business lines
• Elevate brand positioning and guest engagement through integrated marketing initiatives
• Drive storytelling, innovation, and growth across digital, media, events, and experiential channels
• Partner closely with executive leadership to align brand strategy with long-term business objectives
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of marketing and brand leadership experience
• Experience within luxury hospitality, destination, sports, or experiential brands preferred
• Proven success leading integrated marketing strategies for complex organizations
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and executive presence
• Equine industry experience is highly preferred
