** Key Responsibilities **
- Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for open positions.
- Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities.
- Conduct onboarding, reference checks, and employment verifications.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and associates.
- Make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up with clients regarding staffing needs and employee performance.
- Maintain accurate records and update recruiting systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and job seekers.
** Qualifications **
- Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
