Title: Senior Corporate Recruiter
Location: 100% Remote (EST Hours)
Duration: Contract to hire

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (EST time zone commitment)
We are seeking a high-performing, full life cycle Senior Corporate Recruiter on a 6-month contract basis (renewable based on performance and business requirement) to manage talent acquisition across our high-growth software/SaaS organization. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM), Engineering, General & Administrative (G&A), and select internal business functions.

The ideal candidate must have experience with proven expertise in GTM hiring within the software or SaaS industry, strong candidate sourcing capabilities across the Americas (US, Canada, and LATAM), and a track record of partnering closely with executive hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities
Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruiting processes including intake strategy sessions, job posting, proactive sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.

GTM & Cross-Functional Hiring: Own requisitions across Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations), Engineering/Product, G&A (Finance, Legal, HR), and internal corporate positions.

Regional Hiring Strategy: Manage and execute recruitment strategies across the Americas region, with a strong focus on compliance, market norms, and talent pools in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Hiring Manager Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and hiring managers, providing market intelligence, pipeline transparency, and guidance on talent acquisition best practices.

Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate journey that reflects our brand, values, and workplace culture.

Pipeline Development: Leverage direct sourcing techniques, modern outbound tools, talent networks, and referral channels to build diverse candidate pipelines for critical roles.

Data & ATS Management: Maintain strict data hygiene within our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) to track recruitment metrics, analyze pipeline health, and inform talent strategy.

Required Qualifications
Experiencel: Full life cycle corporate recruiting experience.
Industry experience: Proven background recruiting in-house at a software, SaaS, or tech organization.
GTM Hiring Expertise: Strong, demonstrated track record of hiring Go-To-Market roles (Enterprise Account Executives, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations).
Cross-Functional Scope: Direct experience recruiting across Engineering/Technical and G&A functions.
Americas Market Coverage: Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring candidates across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
Geographic & Time Zone Alignment: Must be based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT) to effectively align with regional team members and leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage, influence, and partner with senior leadership and hiring managers.
Outbound Sourcing Mastery: Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and tech-driven candidate engagement strategies.
