Early Childhood Education Teacher – Twos Classroom
Location: The Learning Experience – East Brunswick, NJ
Pay: $17–$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Education Teacher to support our Twos classroom. This role focuses on helping young learners build independence, communication skills, and social-emotional confidence through structured routines, hands-on learning, and engaging classroom experiences.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with energetic young learners during an important stage of early development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom routines for 2-year-old children 
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers 
• Encourage language development, independence, and positive social interaction 
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment 
• Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and group activities 
• Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates and milestones 
• Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership 
• Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements and center policies 

Qualifications

• High school diploma required 
• Prior childcare experience preferred 
• Experience working with toddlers or twos a plus 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children 
• Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
