Phlebotomist-IPride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist-I to support our client's medical facility, located in St Petersburg FL 33702. This is a 13-week contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Location: St Petersburg FL 33702Schedule: Weekdays/EST (40hours/week)Pay Range: $19.85- $21.26/hr (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resumeRoles & Responsibilities:Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent REQUIREDWork Experience:Minimum of 6 months of experience REQUIRED.One (+) year of phlebotomy experience is preferredEqual Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
