What You Will Do  

\n

\n
• Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, and others) and write treatment plans 
\n
• Supervise behavior technicians in implementation of treatment plans 
\n
• Lead caregiver training in home, in clinic, and community settings 
\n
• Monitor progress and adjust programming based on data 
\n
• Work with our Clinical Director to help build company protocols and clinical programs

What You Need  

\n

\n
• Active BCBA certification in good standing 
\n
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field 
\n
• 2+ years of experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities 
\n
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel  
\n
• Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish
