Your work sets the pace for every service, supports the entire culinary team, and ensures every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards. What You'll Do Prepare fresh ingredients with precision, consistency, and care. Wash, chop, portion, and organize vegetables, meats, seafood, and other ingredients. Prepare sauces, dressings, soups, and other recipes according to our standards. Keep the kitchen stocked, organized, and ready for busy lunch and dinner services. Rotate inventory and ensure proper food storage and labeling. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. Work closely with our line cooks and chefs to keep service running smoothly. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Pride in producing quality work every day. The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Dependability—you show up ready to work and support your team.
