Front of House Restaurant Manager
Location: Maui Brewing Co. Ka'anapali

As a Front of House Manager, you'll play a vital role in our business growth. We're seeking an individual who understands that success in this role hinges on the ability to lead and inspire our front-of-house team, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality. Your main focus will be on managing and empowering our team members to consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in training and empowering hourly staff to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Oversee front-of-house operations with precision and care, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards to uphold excellence throughout the establishment.
- Proactively address guest concerns to guarantee satisfaction and enhance the dining experience.
- Foster smooth communication and collaboration with our kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and consistent service quality.
