About the Role
Join our dynamic warehouse operations team as an Operator 1, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient movement of materials and products. Responsibilities

- Safely operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials, assemblies, and finished goods.
- Accurately maintain and update records of inventory movements within the warehouse.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines at all times.
- Perform routine warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and staging.
- Support a safe work environment by following all safety protocols, including the use of steel-toed shoes.
- Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and co-workers for smooth workflow.
- Participate in New Hire Orientation as scheduled.

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or GED (must be verified).
- Proven forklift experience.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Effective communication abilities in English.
- Physically able to lift/move up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varied weather conditions.
- Willingness to work assigned 4th shift schedule: Monday-Tuesday (2:30PM-11:00PM, 8 hrs), Saturday-Sunday (6:00AM-6:30PM, 12 hrs).

Preferred Skills

- Warehouse or logistics experience (up to 1 year).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Commitment to working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, physically demanding settings.
