Position : Administrative Assistant – Entry Level Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ Duration : 2 Months Total Hours/week : 40.00 1st Shift Client: Medical Device Company Job Category: Admin/Clerical Level Of Experience: Entry Level Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders Or OPT EAD) Job Description: Key Tasks: Manual entry of data into Excel documents Submit documents to SharePoint for other internal team centers to execute SAP processing Submit drawings and forms to external vendors for their review Following up with internal team centers and external vendors to facilitate workstreams progress Key Skillsets: Attention to detail Disciplined organization skills Excellent communication skills Must Have skills: attn. to detail, organization, communication, and MS Office proficiency with ability to learn SAP
