Investor Relations Associate/Vice PresidentMagnitude Capital, a dynamic alternative investment firm, seeks an analytical, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial colleague to join its investor relations department. This role spans the full spectrum of marketing and investor relations activities, including contributing to new business development efforts, supporting existing client relationships, and driving strategic IR initiatives. Strong performance is expected to lead to increased responsibility over time.What you will do:Join a high-performing, close-knit investor relations team responsible for the full spectrum of Magnitude's client-related activitiesSupport sales, client retention, and relationship-building efforts Assist with prospecting and new client acquisitionServe as a subject matter expert for Magnitude's investment strategiesWork cross-functionally with the investment, technology, operations, and compliance teams to respond to internal and external requestsContribute to investor communications, including formal written materialsTravel in support of investor and prospect coverageGain in-depth knowledge about financial markets, Magnitude's investment approach, and our competitive landscapeContribute to longer-term strategic projects that enhance the firm's distribution approach, client relationship management, and product developmentWhat you have:4–7 years of experience in a demanding, relationship-driven rolePrior client-facing experience at a top-tier hedge fund, premier asset management firm, or leading investment bankStrong commitment to high-touch client service with an emphasis on accuracy and precisionExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and conciselyCollaborative, team-first mindset paired with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityProcess-oriented mentality with the patience to analyze and improve each step takenUnusually high attention to detail, supported by a disciplined and meticulous approach to executionA strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to overcome challenges and deliver resultsProfessional humility and a growth mindset with a desire for candid feedback to support your ongoing developmentWhat we do:The firm was founded in 2002 by senior hedge fund professionals and has become a top industry performer serving a diverse and growing institutional client base. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. Total compensation will include salary, performance-based bonus, and full benefits.
