Qualifications:

• Completion of at least 60 college credit hours, or
• Associate’s degree, or
• Successful performance on the ETS ParaPro Assessment

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to support instructional activities
• Provide both one-on-one and group assistance to students, adapting to a variety of needs
• Help maintain a positive, inclusive environment for diverse learners
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive setting
• Support students in academic skills, enrichment projects, and behavioral goals
• Contribute to the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as needed
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the teaching team
• Foster engagement and confidence for students at all skill levels
