What You'll Do:

• Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing, while consistently achieving sales goals.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions that address their business needs.
• Conduct product presentations and consultative sales discussions to demonstrate the value of Yardi solutions and drive new business opportunities.
• Monitor pipeline activity, prepare performance reports, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and territory growth.
• Represent Yardi at marketing and industry events while continuously developing expertise in assigned products, market trends, and industry best practices.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Four (4) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry
• Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation, discovery and qualification, pricing, packaging, positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure
• Experience using client relationship management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospects and client activity
• Knowledge of assigned products and competition
• Skill in presenting and demonstrating products and articulating value propositions
• Ability to build strong relationships and interface with decision-makers at mid-sized companies
• Ability to maintain a client-centered focus with high responsiveness
• Ability to demonstrate humility, patience, and persistence when working with clients and prospects

Annual Salary: $81,000 - $90,000
